Who We Are…and What We Do…
We are a regional independent insurance agency selling all lines of personal and commercial insurance, bonds, individual and group life, health and financial products. We are one of the largest independently-owned agencies in the region.
The agency was founded by Raymond D. Warner and Alonzo Rupert in October 1911. In 1920 Mr. Rupert sold his interest to Mr. Warner and his two brothers, who had joined the firm. In 1930 the name was changed to Warner and Company.
Warner and Company operates four full-service agencies, three in North Dakota and one in Minnesota. They include Warner and Company, Fargo; Thompson Insurance, Grand Forks; Kramer Agency, Bismarck; and Schiller Insurance, Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.
The agency has resident agents’ licenses in North Dakota and Minnesota and non-resident licenses in 31 other states.
