Richard Penning began his career in the insurance industry in 1978 and has been with Warner and Company since 1986. He has held positions in commercial insurance underwriting and marketing. Richard is a commercial lines specialist and has been active in education and insurance company advisory councils. He has held leadership roles in local service organizations and his church.

Richard is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead.
